Responsibilities & Context
HVAC Service, Installation & AMC Sales
Independently generate, develop, and close business opportunities for HVAC servicing, repairs, installation, replacement, preventive maintenance, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Develop new business with corporate clients, factories, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, developers, contractors, consultants, and facility management companies.
Actively promote service and maintenance solutions for VRF, chiller, AHU/FCU, and other HVAC systems.
Convert one-time service and installation customers into long-term AMC clients and recurring service business.
Identify opportunities for equipment replacement, system upgrades, modifications, additional units, and major repair work among existing customers.
Take ownership of assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for service, installation, replacement, and AMC business.
Business Development, Key Accounts & Sales Management
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads, quotations, AMC opportunities, negotiations, and upcoming HVAC projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, facility managers, engineering teams, procurement departments, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
Conduct regular client and site visits to identify new service, installation, replacement, and AMC opportunities.
Coordinate with the Technical and Service teams on site surveys, BOQs, costing, and technical proposals while retaining ownership of the commercial sales process.
Monitor market opportunities, competitor activities, customer requirements, and upcoming HVAC projects to generate new business.
