At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership position in ERP, IT Systems, or Digital Transformation.

Practical experience in ERP configuration, customization, integration, implementation, and user adoption is mandatory.
Experience in Real Estate, Property Development, Construction, or Engineering organizations will be strongly preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
A fast-growing real estate development company is looking for an experienced, strategic, and technology-driven professional to lead its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) operations.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in ERP implementation, a comprehensive understanding of real estate and construction business operations, and the ability to automate and integrate business processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP Implementation & Management
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and deployment.
Develop ERP implementation strategies, project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with ERP vendors, software developers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure successful implementation and integration of ERP modules across all business functions.
Monitor ERP performance, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure continuous system improvement.
Establish ERP policies, SOPs, access controls, and data governance frameworks.
2. Real Estate Business Process Integration
Ensure ERP integration across Finance & Accounts, HR & Admin, Sales & Marketing, CRM, Land Acquisition, Procurement & Supply Chain, Inventory, Construction, and Project Management.
Develop a clear understanding of real estate development processes, including land acquisition, project feasibility, budgeting, construction costing, procurement, inventory management, apartment sales, customer relationship management, and project handover.
Design integrated workflows to ensure transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
Implement project-wise budgeting, cost monitoring, material consumption tracking, and profitability reporting.
Ensure accurate and real-time project information for management decision-making.
3. Business Process Automation & Digital Transformation
Identify manual, repetitive, and inefficient business processes and convert them into automated digital workflows.
Lead business process re-engineering (BPR) initiatives to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
Automate approval workflows, purchase requisitions, work orders, payment requests, inventory requisitions, employee management, and management reporting.
Develop real-time dashboards, MIS reports, and analytical tools for management.
Promote paperless operations, centralized information management, and data-driven decision-making.
Lead organizational change management and ensure effective ERP adoption across all departments.
4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and develop the ERP/IT functional team.
Work closely with departmental heads to identify operational requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
Conduct user training and ensure system utilization across the organization.
Establish performance monitoring mechanisms and ensure timely resolution of ERP-related issues.
Report implementation progress, system performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities to management.
