Assistant Manager - Quality (Knit Embroidery)

To Follow buyer quality standard properly

To ensure quality as per buyer approved artwork or sample

To ensure color quality

To check the placement of embroidery

To check that the design size is ok or not

Have to properly check the defects like poor registration, fabric grain through or gripping, missed trims, bunching at corners, poor stitch balance, needle holes, poor stitch density & poor hoping, etc.

Should give the proper solution to avoid all kinds of defects

Have to communicate with the merchandisers for any correction or change

Have to discuss with the Factory Head for any kind of troubleshooting

Any other tasks are given by the Management
