  • Proven track record of project sales in the solar or electronics industry (not just product/showroom sales).

  • Strong ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

  • Leadership potential with a clear interest in building and managing a sales team.Practical knowledge of solar systems or electrical installations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.

  • Valid driving license (preferred).



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for one dynamic individual who can drive project-based solar and electronics sales and grow into the Head of Sales role as our company expands. This is not a showroom job — you will be closing residential, commercial, and industrial projects at negotiated project prices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure project-based sales for solar and electronics solutions.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate project pricing, and close deals.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine energy needs and system feasibility.
  • Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation, quotations, and cost estimations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service.
  • Monitor market trends and propose strategies to increase sales.
  • Lead by example and be ready to build and mentor a future sales team.
  • Maintain professional ethics, teamwork, and contribute to company growth.
  • Learn and improve driving skills (if not licensed already). Candidates with a valid driving license will be preferred; otherwise, the company will assist in obtaining a license.
