Required qualifications and skills:
Updated knowledge of the development sector in Bangladesh, including relevant policies and best practices specially on gender transformation
Ability to manage and coordinate diverse tasks, facilitating relationships among multiple parties
Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, program coordination, development sector roles, journalism or other relevant fields
Expertise in report drafting in English and documentation
In-depth knowledge of the news media sector in Bangladesh is preferred
Proficiency in English and Bangla, with strong communication and presentation skills
Honours/Master`s from any recognized university

Job responsibilities
Assist in implementation of the gender related activities as per project plan
Generate reports and analytical documents for internal and external use and maintain documentation
Coordinate with the programme team for effective implementation and compliance with timelines and requirements
Generate innovative ideas for the effective implementation of project activities
