• Relevant certifications in product development or quality assurance will be an added advantage.

Experience:

At least 2-5 years of experience in product development, preferably in a pharmaceuticals industry.

Skills & Expertise:

Strong technical knowledge of product formulation and development processes. Ability to conduct research and implement innovative development techniques. Proficiency in lab testing equipment and software. Analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges.

Behavioral Competencies:

Leadership ability with good team management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel to production units or R&D labs as required.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices in production.

Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in English and Bengali (both written and verbal).

Computer Literacy:

Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite and data analysis tools.Workplace:

Work location:

Bandia, Meduary, Bhaluka Mymensingh (Plant), Bangladesh

• Pre-formulation study, analysis of API-Excipients properties, preparation of raw material & packaging material specification, preparation of stability study protocol with summary reports.
• Performing on lab trials with proper documentations, stability batches, PO (Process Optimization) batches & PV (Process Validation) batches etc. Follow-up to collecting the lab trials, stability batches analytical reports from QC.
• Preparing the monthly stability study schedule and maintaining the stability study products as per schedule. Preparing the SOPs, stability study protocol, launching product’s BMR-BPR, dossier related documents etc.
• Development and proof checking the packaging materials (Artwork, shade card) for new products, existing products and export products.
• Preparation of recipe, annexure, DTL samples, stability data summary and other papers for regulatory filing purpose. Continuous monitoring the stability tracker.
• Follow-up the specimen samples related activities and maintaining the Good Documentation Practice.
• Coordinate with IMD, RA and supply chain management department for providing relevant documents in a timely manner.
• To perform any other jobs if assigned by the Management.
