∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting Information System, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance
∎ Applicants must be completed CA-CC from a top big & reputable CA company in Bangladesh;
∎ Skills Required: MS Office Applications

Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Food (Packaged)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Internal Audit on material receive and issue, production and Inventory reconciliation;
∎ Monitor factory inventory, store operations, financial transactions, production planning and report it to the concern authority
∎ Ensure that established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are implemented across business processes / departments; review the same on monthly basis and identify need for modification or changes, if any;
∎ Perform regular audit on system & process loss and take steps to reduce the loss through regular reporting to the management and develop control management to mitigate this loss.
∎ Recommend appropriate level of controls to prevent excess, duplicate and wrong issues.
∎ Recommend controls to prevent and detect fraud and initiate fraud awareness or compliance programs to improve the organization's culture.
∎ Identify the scope of improvement and the way of cost reduction and report it to dept head.
∎ Report on overall effectiveness of Internal Control, Risk Management and governance to head of internal audit.
∎ Review Different Departments operational processes, identify risk & drawback of operations, and assess the risk as per guidelines.
∎ Implement internal audit and Monitoring policies, procedures, and program
∎ Reporting after conducting any sort of audit or investigation
∎ Follow up on the implementation of audit findings
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Must have at least 3 years of working experience in the said position in the Bakers/Food industry.
∎ Must be able to work independently and capable of managing multiple audit operations.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English & Bangla
