Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performs audit work, including plan preparation, workpapers, finding, and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets management and vehicles management, expenditures, and related transactions.
∎ Regularly take inventory of the assets of all departments/SBU/Sister concern of the group to check the consistency between the recorded assets and the actual assets and ensure to maintain apt safeguards from all sorts of losses.
∎ Regularly conduct cross-departmental asset security patrols to check the company's asset security vulnerabilities and risks.
∎ Review and analyzing the existing vehicle management system and recommends effective operational scheduling, servicing & maintenance policy.
∎ Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
∎ Examine all vehicle documents are updated and details records of vehicle servicing & inspection, spare parts, fuel consumption and finding ways to cut costs and maximize the efficiency.
∎ Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
∎ Report on overall effectiveness of internal control, risk management and governance to the management.
∎ Perform other project related duties as assigned by the supervisor and management
∎ Established standard operation procedure (SOPs) and implemented across the business process/department and reviewed the same on monthly basis and identify need for modification or changes if any.
∎ Evaluate risks & controls, engage and work effectively with other team members on audit findings, recommendations, and issuance of audit reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Must be able to work independently and capable of managing multiple audit operations.
∎ Must have at least 3 years of working experience in the said position.
