Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/ MBS/ MBA (Major in Accounting)
∎ The applicants must be CA (CC).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CA, Accounting, Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recording accounting vouchers through proper coding and posting into the accounting software (Tally-ERP 9).
∎ Maintaining all financial records and books of accounts.
∎ Maintain cash and bank book, general ledger book, party ledger book, and other relevant registers.
∎ To be responsible for preparation of quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statements and necessary analytical reports as required by the management.
∎ Prepare sales & bank reconciliation statement
∎ Preparation of budget/ forecasting and determine the variances and prepare cash flow statement.
∎ To be responsible for preparation of bank reconciliation statement and reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting information.
∎ Ensure safety and security of account documents and ensure confidentiality of information.
∎ Fixed asset register maintenance, fixed asset accounting procedure, capitalization procedure, depreciation calculation and accounting procedure
∎ Deal account payable and account receivables and monthly reconciliation thereof
∎ Raising requisition and prepare check for various vendor and party payment.
∎ Contributing to team effort and perform any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Ensure compliance to rules and regulations of Income Tax, VAT, Customs Act etc
∎ Ensure All VAT & Tax is appropriately deducted, collected and paid over on a timely basis.
∎ Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash and all types of payments and receipts voucher.
∎ Check and verify inventory balance through performing periodic physical counting.
∎ Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision-making process.
∎ Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances.
∎ Responsible for credit assessment and credit control.
∎ Prepare budget according to requirements.
∎ Liaison with bank/financial institutions for procurement of loan.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have application ability of IAS in the Financial Statements.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Finance
∎ The applicants should be capable of drafting of minutes of the meetings.
∎ Proficient in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
∎ Advanced abilities with Excel.
∎ Strong Analytical Ability
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
