Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance
∎ The candidate should be ICMAB (intermediate) is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Accounts Software, Budget Management, Cost & Management Accounting, Production costing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database
∎ Construct systems to accumulate and monitor data
∎ Determine fixed costs.
∎ Plan and record variable costs
∎ Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
∎ Estimate product costs for existing and new products
∎ Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor and inventory
∎ Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs
∎ Analyze and report profit margins
∎ Help management make important decisions based on costs and benefits (e.g. investments, market growth, pricing changes)
∎ Prepare (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts
∎ Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
∎ Determine and calculate breakeven point.
∎ Conduct market research to support future business planning
∎ Analyze costs of raw materials and other supplies and create cost-benefit analyses for changing vendors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1Proven working experience in reputed group of industries for 3-5 years on Costing & Pricing in Plastic industry.
∎ Knowledge and ability in the use of software applications i.e. SAP, TALLY etc.
∎ Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
∎ Ability to handle large amounts of data and to compile
∎ High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
∎ Sound independent judgment

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
