Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline from a reputed institution
∎ Good academic records. Candidates with third class/division and CGPA below 3 need not to apply.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and administer the day-to-day activities of the office; develops policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation
∎ Organize different conference, seminar, workshop and meeting
∎ Organize Course and Teacher Evaluation and prepare report on it for different program and Academic Council
∎ Organize to conduct Institutional Quality Assurance Survey and others survey
∎ Prepare different kinds of reports and documents
∎ Maintain proper filing of the documents of the office
∎ Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and general emails
∎ Process to procure and orders and maintenances of equipment, materials and office supplies
∎ Provide all types of administrative and logistics support to External Peer Review Team
∎ Provide administrative support to academic and non-academic department/unit for ISO accreditation
∎ Work as an Internal Auditor
∎ Take meeting minutes for team meetings and other meetings as required
∎ Prepare report for the Cell
∎ Undertake and assist in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments as required and instructed
∎ Prepare contracts for suppliers as advised
∎ Coordinate with different academic and non-academic departments
∎ Maintain the central filing system, general database and archive of the office
∎ Compilation the grade report and prepare report for Academic Council
∎ Take responsibility to work for various committees of the Institution
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by the IQAC Director and ULAB higher management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Strong Report writing skill
∎ Good command of MS office package
∎ Good Analytical skill
