🎯 Job Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to USA-based prospects for MCA campaigns and generate qualified leads
* Handle inbound inquiries and convert prospects into successful deals
* Clearly present financial products/services and close sales effectively
* Maintain high-quality English communication with professionalism and persuasion
* Follow up with leads, manage objections, and build strong client relationships
* Achieve KPI targets and update CRM accurately with call outcomes and customer data
