Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduate degrees in Business Administration (Preferable in Marketing/ Management/ Finance) / Public Health /Social Science/ Communication/ Statistics/ Development Studies.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze market & set strategic plan considering comparative advantage to strengthen footprints of BRAC JPGSPH
∎ Analyze the existing marketing policy and process for the betterment of the institutional development formulating different marketing policy which is pertinent to the branding of BRAC JPGSPH
∎ Co-develop, implement and monitor 5 year strategy plan for national and international branding of BRAC JPGSPH in alignment with school's mission and vision.
∎ Develop marketing plan on annual and / or need basis
∎ Co-develop marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters, prospectus, business cards etc.) with support from communication department
∎ Proactively coordinate and take forward marketing materials into different national / international seminars, conferences, symposiums for branding of the school
∎ Responsible for implementation of effective marketing strategy to achieve School's objective & strong visibility in public health sector
∎ Co-develop, implement and monitor implementation of finance strategy for marketing purpose
∎ Planning and budgeting of marketing activities considering market positioning, promoting other branding activities with the concern of Head of the School/Supervisors by analyzing the intuition's growth & potentiality.
∎ Prepare annual budget and other periodical budget for marketing purpose and follow-up the process
∎ Co-develop and implement core and soft funding for marketing activities of BRAC JPGSPH
∎ Maintain liaison with research organizations / academic institutes / govt. officials to build up strong partnerships / networks
∎ Plan and organize various activities (meetings, workshops, seminars, conferences etc.) to promote branding of BRAC JPGSPH
∎ Maintain coordination with Senior management/ Supervisors to achieve marketing goals of BRAC JPGSPH
∎ Supports Senior Management in other marketing and communication (internal, external) projects as needed
∎ Monitor the activities of related employees & ensure that their off take is in line with the marketing plan
∎ Develop and maintain detailed report of analytical results that track trends of different marketing and communication efforts in areas assigned.
∎ Demonstrate ability to manage, develop, plan and deliver tasks with minimal direction

∎ Minimum 7/8 years of work experience in relevant areas.
