Job Context:
∎ Bright Solutions Limited is one of the top-rated IT/ITES solutions providers in the country incorporated in 2007 in Bangladesh. As part of its team expansion, the company is looking for a Finance and Accounts professional who will lead the Finance & Accounts Department of the Business Unit.
∎ Workplace: Corporate Head Office in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain day to day financial activities of the company including book of accounts, record keeping of vouchers, recording of sales, collections and payment process.
∎ Cash management, preparation of payment cheques, pay orders and prepare Bank Reconciliation Reports;
∎ Prepare yearly balance sheet, profit-loss statement and cashflow statement of the company;
∎ Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets for the organization's needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts;
∎ Make estimates of funds required for the short and long term financial objectives of the organization;
∎ Get the company accounts audited by Auditors every year and submit report to management and with the approval arrange to submit to Bank and other authorities in need;
∎ Prepare tax supporting documents and arrange for submission to Tax and Vat authorities after approval form management;
∎ Responsible for fixed assets & Inventory reconciliations and periodical verification in an appropriate manner;
∎ Any other activities relating to finance or admin assigned by management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office and accounting Software like ERP and Tally.
∎ 3++ year(s) practical experience in Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/Customs Duty/Income Tax)
∎ Experience & training in Tax and VAT compliance will be an added advantage;
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ but not below 40,000/- (Monthly)
