5 Years Practical experience in Garments ERP software development and management.
Very good understanding of OOP and Design Patterns & Principles

Job Context:
One of the reputed 100% export oriented RMG Factory is looking for a technically excellent ERP Software Development Senior Manager, who is capable of managing complex garments ERP projects (including wash) and can provide robust solutions in addition to managing, developing and growing the software development team. The successful applicant should have minimum 8 years Development experience and 5 years in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
Quality minded approach throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
Approach work very structured and systematic.
Ensure the ERP systems are functioning properly and helping the business run smoothly.
Ability to have meeting with concern departments and collect requirements.
Analysis requirements and assign task to team members based on priority.
Perform as counsellor and coach for ERP implementation.
Following up users who operate and run the ERP programs for business.
Answering questions and provide guidance to all team members.
Analyse data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.
Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
Capable to solve any type of trouble shooting issues who use the ERP systems.
