Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statement in accordance with IFRS, IAS
∎ Checking and verifying of Data Management Accuracy.
∎ Must have knowledge in ERP implementation and proficient in the use of ERP.
∎ Preparation and finalization of Audited Financial Statements with statutory compliance like TAX ,VAT
∎ Work with departmental managers on budgets and forecasts, including ongoing monitoring of performance and ad-hoc analyses related to their function.
∎ To control the company's fiscal activity including budgeting, reporting and auditing.
∎ Supervise the implementation of budgetary control, financial reporting.
∎ To identify and address financial risk & opportunities of the company.
∎ Financial due diligence of strategic business decision and business plan.
∎ Timely preparation & analysis of all financial statements
∎ Development of MIS reports
∎ To review financial report for Overhead to reduce cost and increase efficiency
∎ To ensure maximum profitability of the company
∎ To develop and standardized accounts process
∎ Day to day accounting and following up with team members.
∎ Verification of all payments of Contractors- R.A. Bills, Purchase and Expense Bills.
∎ Yearly Income TAX return works, prepared supporting all documents for return submit.
∎ Supporting fixed assets accounting and schedules for physical verification.
∎ Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
∎ Developing Standard of Procedures for Financial Processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with ERP software and databases
∎ Able to work independently with limited supervision with strong initiative and finishing skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks to achieve deadlines in a changing environment.
