Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and formulate policies, audit techniques and audit programs for maintaining global standards of internal audit.
∎ Assesses process and suggest improvement and development areas of BI Internal Audit regularly and through participation in Quality Assurance and Improvement Team (QAIT).
∎ Lead the annual internal audit plan preparation, monitor progress and revision, if necessary.
∎ Provide technical guidance periodically for process audit, physical inventory, reporting and audit workings to country internal audit team.
∎ Review and follow-up with the BI countries in preparation of target achievement report on quarterly basis.
∎ Review and follow-up with BI country internal audit teams in prioritize audit report (core insight) for Senior Management Team level briefings and circulation.
∎ Review of draft executive level reports for country, i.e.- quarterly county internal audit update for boards and audit committees, and preparation of summary report for BI senior level management.
∎ Preparation of Executive IARMC (EIARMC) documents and reports for BI senior level discussion.
∎ Assist in preparation of Finance and Audit Committee documents and reports.
∎ Prepare yearly staff training plan and take necessary initiative to implementation of the staff development plan.
∎ Actively participate in various advisory (financial and non-financial) services and investigation activities assigned by the management.
∎ Conduct annual client satisfaction survey and prepare summery report in BI countries and head office.
∎ Maintain good coordination with various HO functional and technical teams, i.e. – Programmes, Finance & Accounts Department, Human Resource Department, internal audit team and country Management teams.
∎ Any other official tasks assigned by the supervisor and management.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of working experience with 2 years in Managerial role in Internal Audit/ Compliance/ Risk Management.
∎ Capable of managing the internal audit function like audit conduction, guideline preparation, develop training materials, conduction training, report review, quality reporting etc.
∎ Knowledge on IFRS, ISA, and IIA standards for developing new policies and procedures to enhance compliances.
∎ Capable of working with team with good communication skills and relationship building attitude.
∎ Good understanding on the use of Microsoft office programs and enterprise resource software.
