Job Context:
∎ A-1 International aims to be one of Bangladesh`s largest education consultancies providing fair counseling to students aspiring for further education in the USA, Canada, Australia, and other Countries. The company targets representing over 60 educational institutions globally and directs a network of 4 offices in Bangladesh. A-1 International presently has an office at 446/ B Tejgaon I/A Dhaka 1208, with ongoing expansion plans.
∎ Probation Period: 3 months

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The post holder will be involved in handling Visa Terms and managing all the applications of the students coming from different branches and sources of A1-International. He will be responsible for updated knowledge of Immigration rules and regulations of different countries as mentioned above. The ideal candidate must have a strong interest in working with people and be highly motivated, result-orientated, and interested in learning and imparting knowledge.
∎ Line Management: The Senior Manager reports to the CEO of the company
∎ Main Duties:
∎ Working closely with the Admission and Counseling Team to educate them about changing Student Visa Rules
∎ Will be the process owner for assigned clients (students) and ensure that they are serviced and guided well from start to finish of the student Visa application process
∎ Ensuring complete visa application documentation including all the financial & background related papers
∎ Helping the team to manage the students and providing advice in preparing the visa files
∎ Liaising with the students to confirm that everything is done before the interview date.
∎ Liaising with different embassies as and when required
∎ Taking appropriate action/ decisions depending on the situation in order to get more visa approvals.
∎ Undertaking the duties as per the requirement of the business.
∎ Train students for Visa Interviews

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years experience in any reputed law firm in BD as a manager
∎ Candidate must have strong knowledge of various immigration program
∎ Brief Knowledge about documentation and various immigration program and student admission/ visa
∎ Candidate Must have strong knowledge about the USA, Canada & Australia Visa Rules & Regulations
∎ Good understanding of the Visa application process, documentation requirements, etc
∎ Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
∎ Excellent Communication Skills (oral & written both), Well presented & confident, Good PR skills, good keyboard skills, academically bright.
∎ An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
∎ Flexibility over working hours
∎ Should have an open and accessible personal style; is calm and thoughtful, and encourages input and ideas from others.
∎ Strong IT skills

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
