Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA major in Finance/ Accounting from any reputed university or institutions with minimum 2nd division/ class in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review, modify as needed and ensure financial projection are accurate, realistic, cost-effective and aligned with compliance standards with BRAC Strategy and overall goals.
∎ Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual financial progress reports and statutory accounts as required.
∎ Improve general financial management and reporting procedures.
∎ Develop capacity on financial management, transparency, accountability and knowledge sharing.
∎ Assist to forecast and develop budgets, financial and business plans for programmes.
∎ Develop budget linked plans and monitoring mechanism.
∎ Maintain accounts of Programme Support Enterprises (PSE) as per BRAC rules and regulations
∎ Follow up and address issues identified in BRAC financial reports and Audit observations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience is required
∎ Have knowledge on forecasting, planning and modeling skills and reporting Have skills on MS Office
∎ Have knowledge on Atlas, using office software packages, SPSS and relevant software
∎ Have competencies on planning and organizing, teamwork and collaboration
