∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Financial controling, Financial Reporting, VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Banks, Leasing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare quarterly & annually statutory financial report.
∎ Ensure on time preparation and submission of periodic & ad-hoc reports to regulators including Bangladesh Bank, shareholders & foreign lenders and maintain strong liaison with them.
∎ Responsible for controlling, processing & verifying all accounting transactions and design the GL Structure including the Chart of Accounts.
∎ Ensure budgetary control and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
∎ Maintain overall management of fixed assets.
∎ Conduct strategic & tactical tax planning in liaison with tax consultants, lawyers & Tax authorities and ensure timely returns to TAX & VAT Authority.
