Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA, CC or CA Part qualified
∎ Certified CS or final year student will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Partnering with respective Head of Operations to provide financial perspective to business decisions
∎ Preparing of budget, rolling forecast, reporting of actual against budget and variance analysis
∎ Statutory reporting, management of internal & external audits with Big 4 Audit Firms and company secretary related responsibilities
∎ Managing operational accounting activities like accounts payable; accounts receivable; expenses etc.
∎ Ensuring local compliance and Governance as well as IFC standards
∎ Managing business and cash flow
∎ Managing financial discipline in the company and ensuring that all of the company's financial practices are in-line with statutory regulations, internal policies & SOPs and IFC guidelines
∎ Exploring ways of improving profitability, cost identification & minimization and analyze markets for business opportunities
∎ Maintaining relationships with partner banks and other NBFIs
∎ Contributing in efficient software implementation for the new company
∎ Mindset for a startup, ability to deal with uncertainty, dynamism and flexible approach to work in coordination with other functions in the organization
∎ To deposit all statutory payment on time and statutory return monthly & quarterly well in time as per Bangladesh law
∎ Filing Income Tax Return in consultation with Tax advisor
∎ Handling Foreign Investments, Interactions with BIDA and other Banking related activities
∎ Coordination with Bankers for Bank Limits, Daily cash flow transactions etc.

∎ Candidate should be very good in analysis & setting up control processes
∎ Strong in Communication, Presentation, Interpersonal & Leadership skills
