Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling complete maintenance and repairing work of all the machines of the warehouses
∎ Should have vast knowledge on cooling system for cold storage (both ammonia & Freon), blast freezer & reefer vehicles, insulation of the same, comprehensive cold storage operations & maintenance, pneumatic machineries, diesel generator, industrial electrical sub-station
∎ Should have experience in utility schedule, breakdown maintenance, programmable logic controlled machineries (PLC) and installation and erection job
∎ Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and equipment upgrading and modification
∎ Repairing and troubleshooting equipment to ensure minimum breakdown time
∎ Train and guide the technicians in using proper troubleshooting methodology and develop effective maintenance standard
∎ Resolve day-to-day operation related mechanical problems
∎ Prepare & submit weekly/monthly maintenance report to the Head of Operations with recommendation (if any)
∎ Ability to ensure equipment related safety requirements and adherence to it.
∎ Execute cost saving and energy saving techniques and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in operations & maintenance expenditures
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in supervisory and management position leading a full technical department & team for 5+ years
∎ Hands on knowledge to work with Cooling System
∎ Experience in supervising automobile/Electro Mechanical maintenance will be an added advantage

Salary: Negotiable
