Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing overall Procurement activities, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, minimize wastage & achieve maximum cost savings
∎ Sourcing various parts and machineries from local and foreign sources with best quality, price, timeline and after sales support
∎ Carrying out comparative analysis of available vendor offers and negotiate best possible offers for the company
∎ Handling inventory and ensuring optimum inventory level to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the operation, construction and maintenance
∎ Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries
∎ Overlook LC & Import Process and clearance of goods from ports along with documentation
∎ Stock receiving, documentation, GRN and submitting the same post QA clearance to the accounts for supplier payment
∎ Managing logistics operations, involving and coordinating with various departments & other external agencies to achieve seamless & cost-effective transport solutions.
∎ Ensuring availability of all the equipment at all the time in alignment with operations & maintenance within agreed timeline and norms. This will involve with getting sourcing plan generated, getting timely release of POs to vendors, tracking dispatch, review Inventory levels with operations and maintenance and take corrective action to ensure timely availability
∎ Setting inventory norms for all the parts at all the depots
∎ Periodic review of forecast and take corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy
∎ Measuring vendor performance, identify key issues and discuss with vendors for the corrective actions
∎ Ensure successful launch of new warehouses with timely availability of planned services and supports
∎ To insure the quality parameters to be followed during the construction
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of manpower and machinery towards the output of timely construction
∎ Inventory reconciliation and minimizing the expires

∎ Strong in Communication, Presentation, Interpersonal & Leadership skills
