Job Context:
∎ This position is responsible overall accounts related tasks specially Tax & Vat, Salary, Cash flow Forecast, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Banking, Maintain ERP.
∎ Urgently need Skilled, sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking Accounts Personnel who is willing to work under pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze all financial transactions and organize to post in books with maintain vouchers (Tally Software or ERP).
∎ Prepare Monthly cash flow, profit & loss account, balance sheet.
∎ Maintaining accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts, defining accounting policies and procedures.
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.
∎ Preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
∎ Ensuring timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
∎ Ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of payment transactions.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing departmental work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
∎ Supervising the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
∎ Assisting in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
∎ Maintaining financial security by establishing internal controls.
∎ Authorization and follow-up Daily Voucher.
∎ Reconcile Bank Ledger with ledger of Accounts Dept.
∎ Checking of all purchase bills with Quantity, Model, Value
∎ Ensure compliance in Taxation i.e. Sales VAT/ AIT, withholding TAX/ VAT as well as Corporate Taxation.
∎ To verify the accuracy of records and internal control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
