Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining Showroom employee's attendance and leave.
∎ Requisition of Showroom employee.
∎ Maintaining files & keeping records of all necessary documents.
∎ Ensuring employee's dress code including ID Card.
∎ Motivating marketing employees of showroom.
∎ Ensuring 100% collection of due & new installments.
∎ Taking proper initiative to increase sales & achieve target.
∎ Cross checking the data provided by the marketing employees.
∎ Taking necessary initiative to increase sales and achieve monthly & yearly target.
∎ Maintaining stock list.
∎ Collection of data from marketing employee, entry in computer & sending to Head Office on regular basis.
∎ Ensuring official timing strictly.
∎ Ensure showroom security system.
∎ Ensure smooth running of office AC, Generator, IPS & other showroom equipment's.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of the showroom.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong work ethic, Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Equation, Compose, Mailing, Internet Browsing.
∎ Communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Must have multi-tasking ability and willingness to work under pressure situation.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Fixed monthly Salary. Additional Commission (Sales 3%, Installment collection 3%) will be provided.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Provident fund, Over time allowance
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
