Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting or Finance from a reputed public university.
∎ Professional degree from ICAB (ACA/FCA) would be preferable.
∎ Qualified in Chartered Accountancy or equivalent in same Professional.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the overall financial management including: cost management, budgeting and forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, etc. to achieve company's short and long-term financial goals.
∎ To monitor & make sure the implementation of strategic financial plans.
∎ To assist management to formulate and administer financial policy to ensure that financial discipline is maintained in the organization effectively and efficiently.
∎ To manage team of finance personnel
∎ To maintain the fruitful relationship with bank and other financial Institutions.
∎ Should have experience on preparing feasibility report (New project), financial reports, credit authorization, issuance of shares, debentures, and bond in Multinational Company/Large Group of Company.
∎ Must be able to work independently as head of the department and supervise the team to ensure that Custom, Bond, VAT, clearing & forwarding and incentive issues etc are properly negotiated.
∎ To be able to Export / Import related work.
∎ To assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the staff.
∎ To oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and to ensure recovery plan is in place.
∎ To oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all assets.
∎ To supervise, monitor and control the Chart of Accounts of the entire Company.
∎ Preparing financial analysis for project profitability analysis, Investment Analysis, Segment profitability analysis, business forecasting etc. applying management accounting technique.
∎ To develope and implement system for controlling of wastage of raw material.
∎ To be responsible to monitor the performance of inventory department and to take appropriate initiatives to integrate with the ERP system.
∎ To control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure
∎ To monitor all open legal issues involving the company and legal issues affecting the investment
∎ Organizing meetings of Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Audit Committee, and keep the proceedings, maintain the Minutes and to ensure implementation of decisions;
∎ To conduct regular Audit, unannounced Audit & special Audit assigned by the Management.
∎ To conduct Tax & VAT Accounts of the companies and personal tax of employees'. Should have capabilities to handle with respective authorities.
∎ To obtain, analize and evaluate financial reports such as income statement, balance sheet, cost sheet, variance etc. and accounting documents, financial documents, all data, delivery order/ challan, receipt voucher, expenditure voucher etc.
∎ To be Able to reconcile, Cash book, Bank book, Party ledger etc.
∎ To check all kinds of bills vouchers & records such as cash book, ledger book, accounts, payroll etc.
∎ To check & review all kinds of transaction as per company law, policy & procedure.
∎ To perform audit at each possible area.
∎ To provide accurate and meaningful audit report within due time to the authority.
∎ To determine the accuracy and transparency of all financial transaction within the company.
∎ To identify the gap between procedures and actual plan.
∎ To prepare and present monthly audit report to the senior management on a regular basis
∎ Leading key initiative in finance that support overall Strategic goal of the company.
∎ To monitor the customer collection and realization of the parties' dues.
∎ To prepare annual budget and 5 years' plan and make sure all activities are accomplished as per plan.
∎ To provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections.
∎ To develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures.
∎ To do the Comparison of budgeted BOQ with actual material consumption in line with the work progress monitoring report.
∎ Ensuring the co-ordination and preparation of yearly Budget as well as accuracy for all the financial data.
∎ To coordinate auditing processes.
∎ Complete responsibility for the financial stability of the company
∎ Analyzing investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
∎ To ensure that cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operational activities.
∎ To ensure that all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the Statutory / Regulatory bodies.
∎ To control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure
∎ To Monitor all open legal issues involving the company and legal issues affecting the investment.
∎ To prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.
∎ To develop financial and Tax strategies.
∎ Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 12-18 years of experience with minimum 06 years in Managerial Position.
∎ The applicants should have sound knowledge in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Strategic planning, Commercial/Export-Import & relevant jobs.
∎ Well experienced in renowned Accounting Software.
∎ Should have vast knowledge in IAS, IFRS, Company Act, Labour Act etc.
∎ Should have ability to work for extended hours.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be 100% honest with integrity.
∎ Communication Skills: Need exceptionally good communication skills in English to draft clear, concise, and unambiguous reports and recommendations for the management.
∎ Interpersonal Skills:
∎ To be able to manage multiple projects and to meet tight deadlines;
∎ To be confident and have outstanding personality,
∎ Should be able to work comfortably with senior business management;
∎ To be able to operate comfortably in a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment;
∎ To be very analytical and procedural, highly organized, self-starter, demonstrate an ability to remain calm, and composed during times of stress and uncertainty and inspiring the same in his team.
