∎ Master's degree in relevant subjects from a reputed Public or Private University with a CGPA not less than 3.00 in both Bachelor's and Master's Programs.
∎ Candidate with B.Ed. or M.Ed. or both / highly qualified will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ "United Public School and College, Jamalpur” (UPSC’J) is seeking to employ a “Senior Lecturer or Assistant Professor of Physics”. UPSCJ run by United Trust, the social welfare wing of United Group (UG) with academic and technical assistance from bdeducation. The school is located at Sharifpur, Jamalpur with state of the art infrastructure and facilities. This is a modern English Version School and College which follows NCTB curriculum.

∎ Responsibilities:
∎ a. Maintain and strengthen institution’s ethos, mission and vision.
∎ b. Develop positive working relationship among colleagues.
∎ c. Assist overall annual academic planning of the institution.
∎ d. Prepare Academic Calendar and Syllabus for the students.
∎ e. Supervise performance and progress of faculty members.
∎ f. Maintain very good communication with the guardians.
∎ g. Assist all class teachers, subject teachers, and Admin staff to ensure smooth academic operation.
∎ h. Prepare prep, self-study, and Academic routine and also proxy routine if necessary.
∎ i. Planning need-based program for the students, especially for weak learners.
∎ j. Conduct teachers’ training and monitor practical implementation of different training modules.
∎ k. Prepare and handle admission process.
∎ l. Prepare and moderate questions as well as assist in conducting examinations.
∎ m. Must be able to prepare digital content along with detailed lesson plans.
∎ n. Motivate students through positive feedback and verbal appreciation.
∎ o. Must be fluent in English.
∎ p. Conduct 20 classes per week.
