Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducting in-depth consultations with clients to assess their immigration goals and develop tailored strategies.
∎ Providing expert advice and guidance on complex immigration matters, including visa applications, residency permits, and citizenship processes.
∎ Reviewing and analyzing client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.
∎ Supervising and mentoring junior consultants, providing training and support as needed.
∎ Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
∎ Keeping abreast of changes in immigration laws and policies and advising clients accordingly.
∎ Representing clients in immigration hearings, appeals, and other legal proceedings (if applicable).
∎ Contributing to the development of immigration policies, procedures, and best practices within the organization.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
∎ As a Senior Immigration Consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance and leadership within our immigration consultancy firm. Your primary responsibilities will include:
