• Age At least 22 years

• Strong communication and persuasion skills in both English and Bangla.
• Previous experience in counseling, admissions, or education consultancy will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of IELTS and study abroad process will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace for record-keeping and reporting.
• Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and target-oriented mindset.

• Call and counsel prospective students for IELTS online and offline courses.

• Provide detailed information about course structure, schedules, and benefits.

• Convince and guide students to complete their admissions and submit the necessary files.

• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, enrollments, and compliance documentation.

• Ensure all IELTS-related compliance requirements and procedures are properly followed.

• Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth class management.

• Follow up with potential students to maximize enrollment conversions.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
