• Candidate must have full working knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CLO3D and other Microsoft all applications.

The Outerwear Designer is responsible for creating stylish, functional, and market-relevant jackets, coats, and parkas. The role involves researching global fashion trends, developing innovative concepts, selecting appropriate fabrics and trims, and overseeing the full design process—from initial sketch to production-ready sample. The designer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that each collection aligns with customer expectations, price points, and brand direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new outerwear designs from concept to final product.

• Research market and fashion trends to generate fresh, creative design ideas.

• Conceptualize and execute seasonal collections aligned with brand strategy.

• Create detailed design sketches, mood boards, and technical specifications.

• Select fabrics, trims, and materials appropriate for performance, style, and cost.

• Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely execution.

• Oversee sample development to ensure quality, fit, and design accuracy.

• Prepare for customer meetings by researching their background, trend preferences, quality standards, and price requirements; present design concepts effectively.
