Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Marketing related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in business and sales analysis.
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel including advanced features such as Pivot Tables, Charts and Data Analysis tools.
Ability to create, maintain, and update MIS reports, dashboards, and Sales Scorecards efficiently.
Familiarity with MS Word and PowerPoint for report preparation and presentation creation.
Good understanding of sales processes, sales metrics, and performance tracking.
Experience in Sales Team management and tracking systems is highly desirable.·
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
Strong business acumen and ability to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
This position, Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Business Analytics, is responsible for analyzing business and sales data, preparing MIS reports and Sales Scorecards, and providing actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions. The role involves monitoring performance, generating detailed reports, and assisting management and Investor Relations with accurate information for decision-making and reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, MIS reports with accurate analysis of business and sales performance.
Track and report key sales metrics through Sales Scorecards, highlighting performance against targets.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, variances, growth opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.
Prepare detailed reports on SKU-wise, segment-wise, dealer-wise, zone-wise, division-wise, and district-wise sales performance.
Manage the Sales Team and oversee the tracking system to ensure timely and accurate recording of sales activities.
Monitor target versus achievement and provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.
Support Sales Team with data on dealer performance, lifting values, historical trends, and forecasting insights.
Conduct analytical activities to evaluate ongoing campaigns, market response, and promotional effectiveness.
Assist the Marketing Team by providing analytical insights and reports for ongoing campaigns and market initiatives.
Provide Accounts Team with data on cash discount updates, GR/NR status, realizations, and segment-wise sales analysis.
Maintain and update Sales Scorecards, dashboards, and other performance tracking tools for management review.
Prepare business development reports and provide recommendations to management for operational and strategic improvements.
Prepare and circulate meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Gather critical information from various stakeholders and convert it into structured reports and presentations.
Prepare summary reports, analytical briefs, and insights for the Managing Director and senior leadership.
Support Investor Relations with accurate financial and business data for quarterly and annual publications.
Ensure all reports, analyses, and dashboards are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.
Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills to support data-driven business decisions.
