Responsibilities & Context:
- Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles, detect faults, and implement corrective measures to ensure reduced lead time.
- Ensure all equipment and products meet predefined quality specifications.
- Monitor workshop operations to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks, test results and inspection reports.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Recommend changes to enhance the quality of maintenance and reduce defects.
- Coordinate with maintenance and purchase teams to address quality concerns.
- Provide feedback and training to workshop staff on quality standards.
- Ensure measuring instruments and testing equipment are calibrated and well-maintained.
- Oversee the proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or contamination.
