Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing business proposal and documentation to acquire new clients (B2B and B2C).
∎ Responsible for applying for award programs.
∎ Write and edit succinct and consistent content (text and graphics) for tenders, pitches and proposals.
∎ Develops Word Documentation and PowerPoint presentations for oral presentations, as needed.
∎ Enter information into required tools.
∎ Conduct research on prospective clients.
∎ Review tenders, pitches and proposals for accuracy and consistency with proposal strategy.
∎ Determine content and collateral needs for new or changing product or service launches to keep proposal content up to date.
∎ Coordinate with consulting team, including writing success stories and case studies.
∎ Align content and collateral with corporate identity and branding with marketing
∎ Work with Product Management and other business partners.
∎ Adhere to agreed dates in the project timeline and advise Proposal. Supervisor/Regional Manager in advance if challenges may arise.
∎ Making phone call to clients and co-ordinate with them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants faced IELTS with bandwidth 6 or above is a plus.
∎ Skills Required: Fluency in speaking and writing English formally is a must.
