Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the full cycle of accounting duties or supervision of others in the basic tasks.
∎ Supervise the preparation of payments, and service invoices to go to clients and ensure liaison with Service Executive in doing so.
∎ Carry out any of the book-keeping tasks of the Finance Executive in the event of absence or as and when required to ensure all deadlines are met.
∎ Maintain the fixed asset records of the company and prepare and enter the Journals to the related accounts such as fixed assets and depreciation.
∎ Prepare the required accruals and prepayments entries and maintain the schedules in support thereof.
∎ Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled.
∎ Month-end analysis of the trial balance and make any necessary adjusting journal entries to correct discrepancies.
∎ Resolve any accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
∎ Prepare the monthly management accounts in the format agreed upon.
∎ Prepare other periodic reports as requested.
∎ Work closely with the finance line manager for the initial working of the forecast and budgeting process.
∎ Ensure compliance with tax authorities and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Oversee the payroll for the Company employees and disbursement of salary allowance on time.
∎ Ensure the efficient management of the company's bank account.
∎ Ensure preparation of bank payments.
∎ Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers.
∎ Ensure the company's banking operations; seeing to it that all funds are appropriately banked ensuring efficiency and returns.
∎ Reconciling bank statements against the GL, and clearing accounts assigned.
∎ Check and verify cash transactions, and investigate and propose a possible resolution for any discrepancies.
∎ Take care of the cash management system of the company and its payment mechanism.
∎ Supervise Finance Executive who is allocated to deal with basic tasks, such as data entry of accounts receivable and payable invoices, day-to-day expenses & income.
∎ Organize workflow and verify the accuracy of the work of their subordinates.
∎ Manage end-to-end completion of year-end internal and external Audit.
∎ Moni tor aged debtors & follow-up is necessary.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
∎ Inflation adjustment
