Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing nursing supervision, monitoring and the capacity building of the caregivers of HCCL.
∎ Responsible to supervise the caregivers.
∎ Regular Monitoring of Patients by HCCL Mobile App/ WhatsApp / Phone Call
∎ Regular Supervision of Caregivers Works by HCCL Mobile App/ WhatsApp / Phone Call
∎ Regular Patient Home Visit and Remote Consultation
∎ Emergency Patient Handling and Caregivers Management
∎ Regular Conducting Caregivers training in Residence
∎ Regularly monitor caregivers’ health and movement at Residence
∎ Maintaining the Inventory of the Residence
∎ All the administrative tasks need to accomplish the above-mentioned points
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to enhance the program’s clinical part
∎ Ensuring SAJIDA’s safeguarding protocols in the field and ensure field conduct is in line with safeguarding regulations and policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in effectively managing teams
∎ Regular Patient Management and Monitoring
∎ Emergency Patient Handling
∎ Training Conduct Capability
∎ Patient & Patient Party Communication Skill
∎ Administrative Skill
∎ Ability to handle the patient in home setup
∎ Ability to read and write Bangla fluently
∎ Moderate knowledge on English
∎ Knowledge on Bangla and English typing
∎ Ability to conduct training
∎ Ability to use smartphone.
