∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
working experience in Garment Sector
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good Knowledge on Cutting Production & Quality;
∎ Maintain the "SOP" of cutting strictly;
∎ Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting;
∎ Maintain 100 % Compliance & Housekeeping at Cutting operation and Department;
∎ Make the Cutting & Marker Plan as per Production Plan;
∎ To prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management;
∎ Improve efficiency, Reduce Wastage and Cutting parts rejection;
∎ Good knowledge on fabric utilization;
∎ Ensure the issuance cutting goods to next section (Print, EMB, Sewing) as per plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking;
∎ Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (Cutting, Sewing, Printing & Embroidery);
∎ Specially Experience of Buyer Target USA, Uniqlo & Zara;
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge on Auto CAD Marker, Auto Cutting & Spreading and
∎ Good leadership and motivation skills;
∎ Age must not be more than 40 Years.
∎ Ability to work for long duration in the factory premises on day-to-day basis;
∎ Computer handling.
Salary: Negotiable
