Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment Sector: Denim Bottom (Woven)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all the cutting and preparation phases necessary to produce a costume in the allotted time
∎ Responsible for cutting production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.
∎ Assist Cutting Head to increase productivity and reduce labor cost through updating the information i.e. problem faced daily and giving target to the workers with the help of in-charge and supervisor.
∎ Apply the cutting procedures and standards stated in the cutting agreement
∎ Plan to remain not more than % wastage at the cutting stage.
∎ Ensure the necessary operation as required by the buyers.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and career development plans
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Comply with clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site
∎ Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking.
∎ Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (finishing, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery).
∎ Especially Experience of Buyer Target USA, Uniqlo & Zara.
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience of the cutting process.
∎ Good leadership and motivation skills.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills in garments manufacturing.
∎ Age must not be more than 35 Years.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge on Auto CAD Marker, Auto Cutting & Auto Spreading in computer handling.
∎ Ability to work for long duration in the factory premises on a day to day basis.
