∎ Post Graduation: MBA major in HR/ Masters in any discipline.
∎ PGD in HR/ Compliance will add value.

∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Payroll:
∎ Assisting supervisor to maintain the smooth operations of overall payroll process(Salary,EL Encashment, Festival Bonus) of the Corporate Office and assigned factories.
∎ Process overall final settlement process of the corporate office & also for factory as per supervisor discernment;
∎ Assist to maintain and update yearly increment plan in oracle EBS of the group as per management instructions;
∎ Assist to maintain the Corporate office loan & advance relevant issues;
∎ Handle internal audit on HR issues for Corporate Office areas of payroll & benefits;
∎ HRIS:
∎ Update or modify management employees and non-management staffs personal data in the oracle system to incorporate the pay roll process with Oracle ERP software;
∎ Absence & Leave management of all the Corporate office Management employees and non-Management staffs;
∎ Prepare quarterly budget for GrameenPhone Mobile Bill, T&D-CO and Non Merchandising Items by maintaining the deadline;
∎ Group insurance- BGMEA & BEOGWIOA:
∎ Yearly Group insurance certificate renewal, database maintenance & death claim for all business units;
∎ Employee support service:
∎ Provide Salary Certificate, salary slip, NOC for VISA application to staffs when required;
∎ Ensure monthly personal income tax deduction from salary and compile annual personal income tax finalization for employees and provide salary income certificate;
∎ Training & Development:
∎ Assist Training & Development manager in planning and designing annual training calendar for management and non-management staffs;
∎ Arranging and conducting training program as per the annual training schedule and ad-hoc requirements.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Communication skills both in Bangla and in English.
∎ Good knowledge of labor legislation.
∎ Very goon knowledge in Oracle EBS operation.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office; Skilled in excel operation with formula.
∎ Hands-on experience with Oracle Software.
∎ Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
∎ Time-management skills.
∎ Ability to handle confidential information.
∎ Good Team player.

Salary: Negotiable
