∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Digital Marketing, ISP, ISP operations, ISP provider company, ISP related work, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Sales & Marketing, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), Technical Sales/ IT Marketing, Telecommunication or ISP field work
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Engineering Firms, ISP, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure internet/data sales achievement as per given target (monthly / quarterly /annually).
∎ Skill Networking Knowledge with equipment.
∎ Ability to ensure manpower resources.
∎ Coordinate, monitor & review all sales & team activities of the assigned area.
∎ Smooth communication with clients, parties, customers to maintain good relationship.
∎ Analysis of customer research, current market conditions & competitor information.
∎ Develop & implement marketing plans & initiatives for new & existing products.
∎ Capable of monitor & supervise field staffs & have to achieve team target within stipulated time.
∎ Follow up & ensure collection recovery from the assigned area.
∎ Sales & Marketing of Internet Bandwidth (Corporate/ SME/ Home Users) and VTS (Vehicle Tracking Service).
∎ Produce revenue by maintaining start-to-finish processes from creating & generating sales lead to maturing.
∎ Frequent market visits to generate potential sales leads from all over area.
∎ Continuous follow-up and maintaining good relations with potential clients by Phone Calls, e-mail, SMS & WhatsApp messages.
∎ Must have to be young and energetic with 100% honesty & loyalty.
∎ Must have a "Can Do" attitude.
∎ Ensure in-depth KYC of clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given for
∎ Strong Knowledge of MPLS network and Multi homing BGP.
∎ Configuration, troubleshooting and management of BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS.
∎ Ability to lead a Core Network and System Administration Team.
∎ In-depth knowledge of VMware BDIX, NIX, ESXi, VMware vCenter, SAN, HA and FT etc.
∎ Implement and maintain network servers, RADIUS, AAA, NMS, MRTG, MAIL and DNS.
∎ Having 5 to 8 years hands on experience in Nationwide ISP/IIG/ITC Core Network and System Operations.
∎ Sound knowledge in IP Routing (BGP, IS-IS and OSPF), Switching, MPLS.
∎ Practical experience with MPLS network design and implementation.
∎ Understanding of Cisco, Juniper and MikroTik Platform.
∎ Network Professional Certification of Cisco/Juniper.
∎ Linux Professional Certification of RHCE (Preferred).
∎ Applicant Should have professional experience especially in Broadband Internet sales & Software Development, Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware, IP Phone, CCTV, Domain Hosting.
∎ Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
∎ Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
