∎ Sales Acumen: Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
∎ Prior experience working with OEMs, distributors, or IT solution providers (preferred).
∎ Self-driven with a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.  Engage with SMB & B2B clients to understand their network infrastructure needs and propose customized solutions (LAN/WAN, Security, Cloud Networking, SD-WAN).
∎ 2. Conduct technical discussions with IT teams, CTOs, and network administrators to align product capabilities with business requirements.
∎ 3. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and RFP responses.
∎ 4. Market Positioning- Maintain in-depth knowledge of routing & switching, firewalls, wireless solutions, and SD-WAN to differentiate offerings from competitors.
∎ 5. Stay updated on OEM product roadmaps, certifications, and industry trends.
∎ 6. Conduct customer training sessions on new products and technologies.
∎ 7. Sales Strategy - Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to meet quarterly & annual targets.
∎ 8. Revenue Growth - Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., security upgrades, network expansions).
∎ 9. Customer Engagement - Build long-term relationships with IT heads, and procurement teams to ensure repeat business.
∎ 10. Analyze competitor solutions and articulate USP (Unique Selling Points) effectively.
∎ 11. Collaborate with support teams to resolve critical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ 12. Maintain a sales pipeline, track opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts to management.
