Education:

Responsibilities & Context:

Product Management Part:

  • Must needs to have proper knowledge of Networking equipment like Router, Gateways, Switch, Access point and SME Network business.

  • Fixation of yearly target and monthly target as per management requirement.

  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys (including: existing and prospective customers, competitors’ channel partners, channel coverage and sales strategy, etc.), identify new sales opportunities and market trends.

  • Develop and implement SI & channel sales strategies, create short- and long-term business plans to increase sales revenue.

  • Build and maintain sustainable relationship with existing and potential to diversify distribution channels.

  • Assist & Support the Team Head in Setting the Overall Sales Targets.

  • Assist salespersons in preparation of proposals and target achievement. Also, attend in Customer meetings with salespersons and other team members.

  • Develop new partners for Networking products and regularly evaluate their performance, qualification, capability in order to maximize channel coverage in regional market.

  • Responsible for annual & quarterly target settings for distributors; follow up with KPIs linked to these targets.

  • Coordinate quarterly business review meetings and review business development progress against agreed plans.

  • Responsible for weekly/monthly revenue tracking/forecast; manage stock levels & stock rotations, credit notes, payment terms, rebate policy, price list & special pricing issues, channel incentive program.

  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

  • Deliver product and commercial education and training in conjunction with business partners.

  • Plan, implement and follow up with distributors’ marketing activities (such as product/solution roadshow, seminar, workshop, forum etc.) with marketing team.

  • Responsible for visiting ISP's and make them positive about our brand, so that business can be expanded in a more convenient way.

  • Responsible for contract management of channel partners; utilize internal and external resources ensuring deliveries of orders are in timely and accurate manner, as well as timely collection of accounts receivable.

  • Implement local sales processes, systems/tools and channel policy/guidelines.

  • Proper monitoring of the inventory & sales and report thereon on weekly and monthly basis to the management.

  • Monitor aging stocks and ensure timely Clearance of old stocks to prevent losses and product End of life.

Pre-Sales Part: 

  • Assist to prepare the BOQ and BOM for new project / Opportunity.

  • Effective communication with Internal Technical team for technical solutions and Support.

  • Should be capable to Site visit and prepare BOQ.

  • Assist to prepare the products presentation and Processioning.    

  • Assist to prepare the products training and Demonstrations.

  • Execution of Channel/SI market visit plan according to supervisor plan.

  • Assist to Channel/SI sales team to find the new customer/market development according to the supervisor plan and directions.

  • Should be Good Knowledge on BDCOM/CISCO/HUAWEI/Ruijie Reyee products.

  • Time to time reporting on requirement basis.
