Responsibilities & Context: Job Context:
This role encompasses responsibilities in office operations, training course coordination, logistics management, and general administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain records, files, and documentation related to office and training activities.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and requirements.
- Planning and scheduling training sessions in collaboration with trainers to align program objectives and timelines.
- Organizing training materials, arranging equipment, and setting up training rooms to ensure an effective learning environment.
- Managing participant registrations, maintaining accurate attendance records, and communicating promptly with attendees.
- Preparing and distributing training materials and ensuring that resources meet the needs of trainers and participants.
- Overseeing the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of training spaces to ensure they are conducive to learning.
- Addressing specific requirements from trainers, such as custom materials or unique setup needs, to enhance the training experience.
- Handling post-training activities, including collecting participant feedback, managing evaluations, and issuing certificates of completion.
- Coordinating refreshments and other logistical needs to provide a comfortable and professional environment for all participants.
- Prepare and generate reports and feedback as directed by management.
