∎ Graduate/post-graduate in Marketing or any discipline from reputed university.
∎ Self-starter and self-motivated.

∎ Good knowledge on Excel, PowerPoint presentation, report making is must.
∎ Well conversant & smart communicator in Written and verbal.
∎ Capacity of working independently.
∎ Senior Executive at least (2-3) years of experience in field.
∎ For Assistant Manager at least 5 years and above experiences in field.
∎ Communication skills & networking ability, Adaptability, Good organizing & planning skills, Creativity and writing skills, Commercial awareness, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Professionalism with good teamwork skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
∎ Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
∎ Able to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target.
∎ Submitting monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and market reports.
∎ Able to arrange key promotional activities like Demo, road show, customer meet etc.
∎ Working closely with teams to develop new business.
∎ Able to search the new market’s and identifying potential target customers.
∎ Have to fill up target & willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Set up dealers and maintain dealership operation to ensure sales.
