∎ We are seeking an accomplished and ambitious candidate to enrich the capacity of the station, mobilize resources, and strengthen the frameworks to achieve our goals. The ideal candidate has to have an outstanding record of capitalizing and implementing the most unique digital marketing strategy, developing a smart channel to distribute news to the regular as well as the general audience and a demonstrated ability to grow audiences across our channels and website.

∎ The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the team`s marketing of digital contents, communications, and unique initiatives to enrich the content marketing through digital media. In addition, s/he will keep aware of digital trends and use this knowledge to inform strategy. The incumbent will also support the Digital Media team cultivating the sponsor demands and coordinating with the Digital Media Team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have a firm grip in understanding daily trends and news content as well as be able to rebrand them to sell them to the digital marketers. Design strategies and implement campaigns for various contents that achieve growth in social media followers, email subscribers, and donors/sponsors.
∎ Implement plans to boost, reach and increase engagement; and drive users to contents across all social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
∎ Closely coordinate with the Digital Media team to understand and identify social media trends and inform the team to plan their contents accordingly.
∎ Be able to sell and manage sponsors for the new programs solely produced by the Digital Team.
∎ Communicate, mobilize and maintain a firm relationship with the sponsors/donors.
∎ Develop, implement, test, and analyze all digital campaigns for new programs, including fundraising and acquisition efforts, leveraging insights to improve performance.
∎ Moderate all social media channels and plan to maintain an outstanding growth with new and unique ideas to brand contents (News packages/Digital Stories).
∎ Moderate the website, with a particular focus on linking fundraising and lead acquisition campaigns across channels to improve retargeting efforts.
∎ Monitor and assess Google Analytics to decrease website bounce rate and provide measurable progress against user engagement goals.
∎ Oversee our Google Ads account to maximize our Search Engine Optimization(SEO), increase website traffic, assessing analytics and industry trends to optimize Google Ad grants.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of five-seven years of total work experience, including at least two years specifically in digital marketing or communications, is required.
∎ Robust digital marketing and fundraising skills are necessary. The candidate must have demonstrable experience with online systems, including managing a website, using email marketing tools, employing social medial to achieve specific KPIs.
∎ Proficiency with the tools needed to manage a brand in a digital space, including: HTML/CSS and Javascript; WordPress; Google Analytics, Ads; social media management tools.
∎ Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Excellent writing and editing skills are desired, as is the ability to distill key messages from complex arguments for a variety of stakeholders. An awareness of storytelling structure a plus.
∎ Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite / design skills are a plus.
∎ Prior experience at prominent news agency/station is helpful.
