Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Board Secretary, Regulatory Affairs, Taxation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Company Secretarial Services related to Board, Board Committees and Shareholders Meetings (AGM), etc.
∎ Act as the first point of contact for general shareholders and support them regarding dividend/transfer/transmission of shares and other associated issues.
∎ Handling company taxation matters.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance, legal and compliance.
∎ Handling and ensuring compliance with related laws and regulations related to BSEC, DSE, CSE, RJSC, CDBL, Bangladesh Bank, BIDA, BEZA, NBR, etc.)
∎ Preparation & submission of reports and returns as required by the laws.
∎ Liaison with regulators, different authorities, company auditors, consultants and maintain rapport.
∎ Maintaining key corporate documents and records, especially statutory books & registers of the Company.
