Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in agent coordination, recruitment, or manpower consultancy. (Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple agents and candidates simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with overseas manpower recruitment processes.

  • Proficiency in WhatsApp, MS Excel, and ERP software.

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:

Rahmania Corporation is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Executive – Agent Relation to manage and strengthen relationships with recruitment agents and ensure smooth coordination between agents, candidates, and internal departments. The role requires strong communication skills, market research ability, and hands-on coordination throughout the recruitment and deployment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research upon receiving new manpower requirements and prepare demand analysis reports for management.

  • Create and circulate job advertisements through official agent networks.

  • Follow up with agents via phone to confirm receipt of job circulars.

  • Maintain regular communication with agents and keep them informed of all updates, circulars, and instructions.

  • Clearly explain job roles, salary, benefits, duties, and work conditions to agents and candidates.

  • Recruit new agents and continuously expand the agent network.

  • Ensure agents and candidates fully understand Rahmania Corporation’s rules and policies before passport collection.

  • Collect and verify all candidate documents (passport, photos, certificates, CV, etc.) and check previous passport history for any medical unfitness issues.

  • Coordinate with agents to collect token money prior to visa stamping and submit it to the Accounts Department.

  • Handle service charge collection initially through Agent Relation and coordinate with Accounts if required.

  • Conduct pre-departure briefings for candidates.

  • Record candidate-related complaints accurately in the Complaint Form.

  • Resolve agent and candidate issues efficiently and escalate important matters to the relevant departments.
