Job Context:
∎ Azbil Telstar`s subsidiary in Dhaka, offers a consolidated and professional services to local and International Pharmaceutical customers, focused in GMP consultancy, engineering, and construction of Pharmaceutical Plants under US/FDA and EU/EMA regulations.
∎ Azbil Telstar Bangladesh Ltd., established in Dhaka in 2014 and supporting in local projects to TOP 20 Pharmaceutical Customers is urgently looking for a Revit Modeler with experience in pharmaceutical projects.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounts & Finance related Activities:
∎ Cash withdraw from bank, Cash Payment & Receive Vouchers Prepare and Entry in the System & in manual Cash Book.
∎ Daily Expenses check and Payment, take approval of the Expenses from Finance Manager and CGM for final voucher preparation.
∎ Prepare Indent for Payment to vendors and release those payments according to instruction of supervisor.
∎ Cash Reconciliation and Cash Certificate Prepare and get approval from Finance Manager at the month end.
∎ Collect payments from Clients by communicating with them frequently.
∎ Communicate with Bank time to time for cheque clearing and collection from client and do other daily banking related work.
∎ Monthly bank reconciliation.
∎ Coordinate with Finance Manager for Monthly Closing, Half Yearly and Yearly Budget preparation.
∎ VAT & Tax Related Works:
∎ Prepare the VAT and Tax challan that deducted from Suppliers Bill and raised by local purchase.
∎ Collect Vat (6.6) and Tax challan and TDS certificate from Client after the payment received.
∎ Provide documents for monthly VAT return and coordinate to submit to VAT authority on time.
∎ Continuous communication with VAT advisor to keep the VAT position clear.
∎ Proper filing and documentation keeping for TDS and VDS for both Client and Suppliers.
∎ Commercial Activities: (Local Purchase)
∎ Receive the requisition and get approval from FM, CGM for the purchase.
∎ Communicate with vendors for price checking.
∎ Collect quotations from suppliers and price verification.
∎ Vendor enlistment by providing the official documents (Anti-corruption and Anti Bribery Policies) and collect acknowledgement from them.
∎ Arrange funds for local purchase.
∎ Go to the market for local purchase.
∎ Administrative & Other Activities:
∎ Support for Administrative any types of work when needed.
∎ Communicate with Government officials regarding all paperwork related to Govt. office (Trade license renewal, Bida, ERC and IRC) and upgrade document according to the instruction of supervisor.
∎ Monthly Man Hour, Leave Management and Overtime Hour Calculation.
∎ Salary, Overtime and Festival Bonus calculation and get approval from the authorized personnel.
∎ Preparation of Bank Advice to disburse salary to the Employee Bank accounts and get approval
∎ from the authorized personnel.
∎ Preparation of a Pay Slip for all employees and distribution to them.
∎ Management of Life, accidental and Health insurances of employees.
∎ Management of Company Assets, Fire, Earthquake and Burglary Insurance.
∎ Look after the overall administrative task of ATBD HO & Site projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
