∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, BIM, HVAC or MEP field, Mechanical Engineering, Microsoft Excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of participating in Pharmaceutical HVAC system and Black utility system design and Equipment selection.
∎ Preparation of shop drawings/construction drawings for MEP system.
∎ At least basic knowledge of ASHRAE, ISPE, NFPA, BNBC etc. standards & codes.
∎ Preparation of BOQ, Technical Specification, Tender Document Offer / Quotation and Estimation for the Projects.
∎ Supervision of Mechanical Construction team to execute the job according to approved drawings.
∎ Document Preparation and Execution of Validation Activities of HVAC, Clean Room, Pharmaceuticals Water system and Black Utilities Co-ordinate with the design team to complete projects on time.
∎ Able to effectively communicate & manage clients & vendors.
∎ Knowledge about Clean utility systems will give preference.
∎ Advanced exposure to software tools like: MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS; AUTOCAD; BIM 360; NAVISWORKS will give preference.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
