Job Responsibilities:
∎ Posting sales and cost of goods sold (COGS) for all branches.
∎ Ensuring cashbooks for all branches are up-to-date, including software posting and settlement verification.
∎ Maintaining EMI and gift sheets for accurate tracking.
∎ Preparing discount files and sending emails to relevant individuals, such as top management, while also handling incentive checks.
∎ Verifying point redemption requests and processing checks accordingly.
∎ Managing gift vouchers and maintaining an organized list.
∎ Reviewing stationery bills and preparing conveyance reports in Excel.
∎ Compiling sales calculation files for analysis and reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 35 years
∎ Skills Required: Previous experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
∎ Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
