∎ We are looking for a dynamic expert to fill the specified position within the Applications Management & Planning department in the Service Excellence Division at EDOTCO Bangladesh Co Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and customize a web-based process automation solution.
∎ Utilize server-side programming languages such as Python, PHP, and Node.js, with expertise in back-end frameworks.
∎ Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to transition from unstructured data storage (e.g., Excel files) to structured data storage in standard infrastructure like a Data Warehouse.
∎ Demonstrate a strong grasp of database management systems, including MySQL and MongoDB, with proficiency in database design and optimization.
∎ Generate month-on-month deviation analysis reports to identify discrepancies and trends, providing insights for decision-making.
∎ Bring experience in AI-based projects, incorporating data analysis, natural language processing, or machine learning, which is considered highly advantageous.
∎ Offer technical expertise in evaluating and selecting appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies for development projects.
∎ Develop comprehensive technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
∎ Conduct testing, deployment, troubleshooting, debugging, maintenance, and improvement of existing software programs.
∎ Translate business requirements from key users across all departments into technical requirements for implementation on core platforms.
∎ Engage with senior managers to discuss internal and external operations affected by new capabilities, products, and services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in PHP and Python, with working knowledge of at least one web framework.
∎ Familiarity with ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
∎ Practical understanding of SQL and the ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into a unified system.
∎ Good grasp of MVC architecture, API development and integration, as well as database design and optimization.
∎ Experience with front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
∎ Knowledge of at least one ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tool.
∎ Capability to create database schemas that accurately represent and support business processes.
∎ Strong skills in unit testing and debugging.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
